Where are my files processed?
Files are processed in your browser, not uploaded to TapAction. PDF tools may download public libraries on first use.
Are exported Office documents editable?
Text Word extracts existing PDF text. Image Word and PPT contain page images. Excel estimates simple tables. OCR and complex layout reconstruction are not included.
How long are files kept?
Working files remain in this browser tab. Download your results before closing it. Selected files are not stored by the service.
How are completed jobs counted?
Only successful output jobs are added to aggregate totals, by date, tool and format pair. No filenames, file contents or unique visitor identifiers are stored in these statistics. Repeated saves are the same job. Hosting access logs and short-lived security records are managed separately.
